Café Cheri began as a five-table corner in Kowloon — a place where regulars were known by their order, mornings stretched longer than they should, and the espresso machine never quite stopped humming.

We've always believed in doing the small things properly. Beans rested the right number of days. Eggs poached to order. A second pour offered before you've finished the first.

We're currently moving to a new home in Sham Shui Po. The kitchen stays the same. So does the welcome.
